VPA Direct Process
The moment you need any assistance or service, you can submit an enquiry or call us, your request is handled by your VPA. Serving your requirement effectively is important to us, and we pride ourselves an establishing good communication with you.
In VPA Direct, customer service is first class, and we believe in pleasing our clients with a smile, and that rare brand of southern hospitality.
Your VPA (Virtual Personal Assistant) will be the only person that you communicate with, and handled all your assignments. You will be in contact with your VPA via e-mail, telephone, fax. Once your VPA has received your requirement, VPA will give it an index number, and monitor it's progress.
Security Shield
Your security is important to us at VPA direct. Credit card information is limited to supervisory personnel only. This means that if an assigned task requires the use of your credit card, your assistant will carry it out to the last step at which point the shift supervisor on duty will take over, entering the credit card information.
