Terms
All plans can be utilized for personal and business work
7 Day Trial offer
All plans except platinum circle plan come with a 7-day trial period for you to evaluate our service. If you are not happy with the service, you can cancel the membership on or before the 7th day and no charges shall be made. If you do continue, then charges apply from day ONE. However, you are responsible for any purchases and/or shipping charges you authorize.
Your VPA will be available 5 days a week during your business hours. VPA direct support is available 24/6 (we are not available on Sundays and the second and fourth Saturday of every month)
All prices are quoted for a graduate assistant only. An assistant with specialized skills may cost more.
You can upgrade or downgrade between any two plans with a 30 day notice period.
All plans require a 30 day notice period for termination after the trial period.
All our PREMIUM plans come with the Classic plan outline plus VPAdirect Rollover Time.
VPA direct Rollover Time
- Used time from what is allotted to you in a month gets rolled over to the next month automatically.
- Your total amount of accumulated Rollover Time cannot exceed 20% of your monthly plan.
- Once your accumulated Rollover Time exceeds that amount, the excess is lost indefinitely.
- Rollover Time accumulates indefinitely while you are on a PREMIUM plan.
- If you change from one PREMIUM plan to another PREMIUM plan, any accumulated Rollover Time in excess of the new plan's allotted maximum will expire upon such change.
- If you change to Pay By Task or a CLASSIC plan, then all Rollover Time is lost indefinitely.
- In the event of cancellation, your Rollover Time, if any, is lost indefinitely.
- Rollover Time is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not transferable.
